Our Park’s Story Continues Because Of You

At the GDPA, we rely on the generosity and involvement of our community to keep the park thriving. There are so many ways to make a difference: donate directly to support preservation and programs, volunteer your time and skills, sponsor one of our beloved community events, or become a member and join a family of park supporters. However you choose to give, your impact is felt in every corner of the park—from the historic buildings we save, to the trails we care for, to the experiences we create for visitors of all ages. Together, we can honor the past while building a stronger future for our community.

    Donate Directly

Your gift makes an immediate impact. Every dollar helps us preserve history, protect natural spaces, and support programs that connect our community to the park.

    Sponsor An Event

Partner with us by sponsoring one of our community events. Sponsorships highlight your business while directly supporting programs that bring people together.

Current Fundraising Goals

At the GDPA, we are always working to better the park for visitors and our local community alike. From preserving historic landmarks to creating new spaces for connection, our fundraising campaigns help bring these dreams to life. Together, we can protect the past and build a brighter future for the park.

Volunteer

Volunteers are at the heart of everything we do. By sharing your time, skills, and energy, you help us preserve history, host community events, and keep the park thriving for all who visit. Every hour given makes a real impact—and we are deeply grateful for the dedication and talents our volunteers bring. Together, we can achieve more than we ever could alone.
