Our blacksmith shop is a fully functional, volunteer-run, and historically accurate working forge. Many of the unique items available for purchase are hand-forged right here in the park, connecting today’s visitors with the craftsmanship of the Gold Rush era.

Materials & Craftsmanship
Every item is created with care using traditional techniques and authentic materials, including wrought iron. Because each piece is individually crafted by a different iron artisan, variations in size, shape, and appearance are natural—and part of what makes every item truly one of a kind.
